Here is some serious testing being done by Teedee and Suzy.   Actually,  this photo was part of the Motor Trend article on plastic cars.  It is such a great photo of two kids obviously enjoying their role as " test technicians " that I had to include it.

This photo shows clearly how the cantilevered concept allows the driver maximum visibility range.  The glass windshield was held in by a rubber adhesive compound similar to that used to hold modern windshields in place.
